Kaolin Sauce Dish Set of 3 White
These white saucy sidekicks create a serpentine arrangement of flavors while bringing contrasting colors to the table. Perfect for dragging food from one dish to the next creating a layered flavor experience. The modular sauce dishes were crafted as individual dipping containers but this set of 3 white dishes visually link together for communal tasting at larger parties. Each piece was made with care by an artisan workshop in Vermont, using a custom porcelain clay mix.
Care for your Kaolin: The sauce dish is dishwasher safe; however we recommend hand washing. The unglazed parts of the dish are susceptible to staining, so avoid serving beets, pomegranate, turmeric and other highly pigmented foods with this piece.

We envisioned essential pieces - a serve bowl, platter, rice bowl, sauce dish, and chopstick holder - and created the most beautiful examples we could envision.
